Accommodations and Travel 

All directors are required to arrive by 5:00 PM ET on Friday, January 17, and may depart any time after 2:00 PM ET on Sunday, January 19. You have the option to book your own flights or utilize our travel agent. If you wish to use the travel agent, please email Debbie Needham at debbie.needham@altour.com with your full name and the airport you will be using.

For those driving to the event, we encourage you to rent a car to ensure full coverage under Delta Gamma insurance. Please email dgevents@deltagamma.org for rental car instructions. The full cost of the rental car will be reimbursed. Should you choose to drive your own vehicle and forfeit Delta Gamma insurance coverage, reimbursement will be provided at the rate specified in the schedule of allowances.

Directors will be paired with another director for accommodations during the event. If you have a specific roommate request, please indicate this during registration. Mutual requests will be honored, and other pairings will be made at staff discretion. For those interested in a single room, please contact dgevents@deltagamma.org. Waivers for single rooms will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. All waivers must be submitted by Friday, November 29, 2024, and will be reviewed after the deadline. If a single room request is approved, the attendee will be responsible for half the cost of the room for the event.

Additional Information

Meals provided during the event will include dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Additionally, there will be an opportunity for an offsite dinner on Saturday evening; recommendations will be shared in advance to assist teams with planning and reservations.

The dress code for the event is snappy casual. Attire such as jeans, sweaters, and jumpsuits are appropriate.

Photo and Video Release Acknowledgement

By completing registration, you agree that you shall receive no fee, and that all rights, titles, and interests to the photographs and videos and the use of them taken during this event belong to Delta Gamma Fraternity. You hereby grant permission to Delta Gamma Fraternity, Inc., Delta Gamma Foundation, and Delta Gamma Housing Corporation, their successors and assigns, and those acting under their permission, or upon their authority:

1. The unqualified right and permission to reproduce, copyright, publish, circulate and otherwise use photographs and/or motion pictures of me, and voice reproduction, whether in black-and-white or in colors, alone or in conjunction with other persons or characters, real or imaginary, in any part of the world.  You hereby waive the opportunity and right to inspect or approve the finished products or the advertising copy or printed material that may be used in connection therewith.
2. All your right, title and interest in and to all negatives, digital images, prints, tapes, and reproductions thereof, and you hereby release the aforesaid parties from any and all rights, claims, demands, actions or suits which you may or can have against them on account of the use of publication of said photographs and/or motion pictures or tapes for communications and marketing purposes that promote the organization.

By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the release stated above and agree to its terms and conditions.
