Accommodations and Travel 

  • Hotel Accommodations
    • All Anchor Academy attendees are required to stay in hotel accommodations for the duration of the event weekend. This includes chapters who may be assigned a session in the same location as their chapter.
    • All Anchor Academy attendees will have hotel rooms booked for them by EO staff.
    • Collegiate Attendees: 2 double-occupancy hotel rooms will be booked for collegians for each collegiate chapter. You will be rooming with members from your chapter.
    • Adviser Attendees: All advisers will stay in a double-occupancy hotel room and will be assigned to room with another adviser attending Anchor Academy.
    • If you have medical accommodations or needs that require a single room, please contact dgevents@deltagamma.org
  • Airport Information 
    • If you are flying to Anchor Academy, you are required to book your flight through Delta Gamma’s preferred travel agent, Altour Travel. Instructions for booking flights will be provided via email when you confirm your Anchor Academy registration.
    • Transportation from the airport to the hotel will be provided. More information will be shared in pre-event communication.
  • Driving 
    • Participants who wish to drive to Anchor Academy are encouraged to rent a car through Delta Gamma’s corporate code. The cost of the rental car will be reimbursable by Delta Gamma and drivers will be covered via Delta Gamma insurance. Please contact dgevents@deltagamma.org for more information on renting a car. 
    • Participants who choose to drive their own vehicle to Anchor Academy will be reimbursed at the Fraternity approved mileage rate of $0.50/mile. Instructions on submitting for reimbursement will be provided in pre-event communication. 
    • Parking at the hotel will be covered by Delta Gamma.
  • Event Absence or Cancellation
    • If after registering for Anchor Academy 2025 you are no longer able to attend the event, you must notify dgevents@deltagamma.org as soon as possible. You acknowledge that if you cancel your plans to attend the event less than 10-days before your session start date without an approved absence excuse (illness, family emergency, etc.) you or your chapter may be held responsible for cost of travel, accommodations, etc.


Photo and Video Release Acknowledgement

By completing registration, you agree that you shall receive no fee, and that all rights, titles, and interests to the photographs and videos and the use of them taken during this event belong to Delta Gamma Fraternity. You hereby grant permission to Delta Gamma Fraternity, Inc., Delta Gamma Foundation, and Delta Gamma Housing Corporation, their successors and assigns, and those acting under their permission, or upon their authority:

  1. The unqualified right and permission to reproduce, copyright, publish, circulate and otherwise use photographs and/or motion pictures of me, and voice reproduction, whether in black-and-white or in colors, alone or in conjunction with other persons or characters, real or imaginary, in any part of the world.  You hereby waive the opportunity and right to inspect or approve the finished products or the advertising copy or printed material that may be used in connection therewith.
  2. All your right, title and interest in and to all negatives, digital images, prints, tapes, and reproductions thereof, and you hereby release the aforesaid parties from any and all rights, claims, demands, actions or suits which you may or can have against them on account of the use of publication of said photographs and/or motion pictures or tapes for communications and marketing purposes that promote the organization.

By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the release stated above and agree to its terms and conditions.
